As a CBT Therapist seeking additional accreditation, I have availability for 3 clients starting in January 2020 who wish to work on a 121 basis from my location in Sydenham, SE20. I have worked with a diverse group of clients presenting a range of issues, to help them work through the challenges and difficulties they are experiencing. Working with individuals who want to make positive and lasting changes in their lives, I help them recognise, challenge and change unhelpful beliefs which may be interfering with their happiness.

In a non-judgemental, open, honest and safe space, I work collaboratively with clients to help identify unhelpful thinking patterns, attitudes or personal rules that may be keeping them ‘stuck’, which may be causing personal distress or which may be contributing towards feeling unsatisfied in life.

Working within the Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) framework and by combining different therapeutic approaches, clients will learn new skills and tools which will ultimately enable them to become their own therapist. REBT is an action-orientated approach to managing cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties and is mainly concerned with the ‘here and now’.

I have experience working with clients experiencing the following:
    Low self-worth

A free 15-minute telephone consultation is provided so you can establish if what I am able to offer is right for you and to see if you can work together. After this, regular appointments are arranged.
